The fastest way to reach us is email. We read every message and aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

My video won't analyze / is stuck. Make sure the clip is shot from the side (phone on a tripod 3–5 m away, facing your side) and the player is fully in frame. If it still stalls, email us the approximate upload time and we'll look it up.
The scores or shot detection look wrong. Tell us which session and which shot — we use real reports to improve the model.
Billing / subscription. Pro unlocks the Tina AI chat coach and multiple player profiles. Manage or cancel anytime from your device's App Store subscription settings (iOS) or the billing portal on the web.
Delete my account / data. Email us from your account's address and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
