Toach ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered tennis swing analysis service: you upload a video, we return per-shot scoring, coaching feedback, and recommended drills. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You sign in with Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. One person, one account — don't share credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
You own the videos you upload and the analyses we generate from them. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g. running the analyzer, serving the result video on your detail page).
You confirm that you have the rights to upload any video — including, where applicable, consent from anyone visible in the video. Don't upload material you don't have rights to.
You agree not to:
Core analysis, scoring, and drill recommendations are free. Paid plans (Pro) unlock additional features such as the Tina AI chat coach and multiple player profiles. Billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Stripe (web) — see their terms for the payment relationship.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your App Store subscription settings (iOS) or the Manage Subscription link (web); access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided "as is" — analysis quality, scoring accuracy, and coaching suggestions are best-effort and shouldn't be interpreted as medical, athletic, or professional advice.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your uploaded videos and analyses are deleted from our active systems within 30 days; backup retention may extend up to 90 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
